The on-line search capability that we provide is the best available. We access the data directly from each local area Multiple Listing Services (MLS). However, this data is not the most complete and up to date. We keep an even more detailed data base of properties at our offices.
The data feeds from each local area MLS are different. They do not differentiate between condos, townhouses, homes and multi-families. We are lobbying for better data and will incorporate it as it becomes available.
