Real Estate Rental Office: We have a dedicated real estate rental team to assist with apartments, condos, townhouses and homes for rent. They provide access to all privately owned condos, townhomes and homes for rent as well as all apartement complex rentals including apartment move in specials and reduced rent specials.

Real Estate Sales Office: Our real estate sales office team, lead by Les Salzman, can assist with short sale, bank owned and priced right properties as well as conventional, FHA financing with as little as 3 1/2 percent down and VA financing with no money down. We are HUD Registered and approved.
Additionally we have a legal team to help expedite short sale and bank owned property offers. Our legal team is free of charge and assists owners in resolving deficiency judgements and credit with their lender.
