Picture it, a guy new to South Florida roaming the streets of West Palm Beach, Juno and Jupiter looking for the perfect place to call home.  Easier said than done!

I decided to turn to social media as a way to view my options.  One day, I find what appears to be the perfect place so I call Rent 1 Sale 1 Realty, the listing agent for the property.  A gentleman named Michael picks up the line and tells me that he would be very happy to show me the property in person.  Being very excited to see it, I ask when can I stop by.  Michael tells me to come to his office and we can go see it right now.  Wow, immediate service by a rental agent is impressive for sure. 

I arrive to the office and receive a welcoming greeting and a firm handshake from Michael.  With a smile, he acknowledges why I am there and introduces me to a very pleasant gentleman named Gary Marquez.  Gary immediately started working for me and my interests.  He gathered a bit of information about what I was looking for and he quickly comes up with three options.  Together, we go to view the options that included my original interest.  The properties were not quite what I was looking for and I started to feel at a loss once again but Gary assured me that he would get to work for me immediately and he WILL find the perfect place for me. 

Later that evening, Gary e-mailed me a number of options and followed up with me to see if I wanted to view any of them.  A few short days later, Gary and I got together again to hit the road in search of my new home.  Gary knew exactly what I wanted.  The very first property took my breath away and I was inclined to jump on it.  Gary insisted I know my options so we proceeded to look at a few other properties.  I felt that I had my mind already made up after seeing the first property but after viewing the third property, I wasn’t that sure any longer.  Gary truly wanted to give me options to choose the very best fit for me.  After some thought, I finally decided on a 22nd floor, ocean view condo in West Palm Beach. 

Gary and I go back to his office and prepare my offer for the listing agent to review.  Being so used to Gary at this point, I was expecting immediate service from the listing agent however, I was quickly reminded of how other realtors drag their feet.  Gary wasn’t just going to sit there and wait.  He knew I wanted this condo and was determined to make it happen.  A few days later, the “other” realtor was finally receptive to Gary’s numerous attempts to contact him and informs Gary that there is a verbal agreement and he would take the property off the market. 

In summary, I knew what I wanted and was very concerned I wasn’t going to find it.  A few interactions with “other” realtors left me with very little expectation.  Well, I finally came across Rent 1 Sale 1 Realty.  Michael and Gary made it happen.  They took the time to find out what I really wanted and they delivered it with a smile in a few short days.  I highly recommend working with Michael and Gary at Rent 1 Sale 1 Realty.  I know that they will work for you just like they did for me.  Thanks Michael and Gary!  You are both invited to my home warming party in my new 22nd floor, ocean view condo.

Dana did an incredible job for me as my realtor. She went above and beyond any other realtor I have ever worked with. I was in a difficult position and needed to move into a new place quick. Dana accepted the challenge. She was sending me properties and trying setup appointments literally day and night. She took me to see many properties and once we had finally come to a decision, she handled every detail making it a completely painless process. In my absence she wrote a personal check to cover my background check to ensure I got into my new place as soon as possible. She even got me into my apartment a week before my lease began for free!
