The supply of townhomes and townhouses for rent in West Palm Beach has become tighter. This has lead to a stabilizing, and increase in some cases, in townhome and townhouse rents.
Don’t be alarmed though. Natural renter turnover and the competitive rental rates of condos and apartments for rent in West Palm Beach should keep the townhouse and townhome rentals rates in check for at least the first quarter of 2010. There just won’t be as many to choose from.
West Palm Beach has more townhouse and townhome availability than the surrounding areas such as Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens.
