Rental move in specials and incentives West Palm Beach
Renter update, renter forecast through first ½ of 2010
Palm Beach County apartment vacancies have hit a five year high. We’re seeing some of the lowest monthly rental rates in years and we expect this trend to continue into 2010. Even living in a Downtown West Palm Beach condo has become affordable.
Apartment Complexes are still offering huge renter incentives to entice renters. Incentives include up to three months of free rent, low or even no security deposits and reduced rents of course. Most of the free month specials can be prorated over the year which reduces the rent even further.
Builders that have unsold condo units are leasing them out, some with almost all utilities included.
