Monterra New Townhome and Home Development in Cooper City Florida
In Copper City, a new home community called Monterra is being developed in the hopes of disproving the common belief of a housing slump. With a planned 1600 homes, it's the only new residential development within 20 miles.
Featuring new townhomes and single-family homes, the pricing is what the developers are hoping attracts new buyers. Their homes are comparable to many of the foreclosure and short sale prices in the area. They're backing this community on the belief that home buyers will prefer a newly built home from a respected builder over an unwarrantied, bank owned short-sale or foreclosure.
